Refund Policy

1. General Policy

INSOOLA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (Business Name No. 7429750), operating PhoneWall, is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for our AI-powered wallpaper generation service.

All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except as described in this policy or as required by applicable law.

2. Star Package Refunds (One-Time Purchases)

No Refunds on Completed Purchases: Once a Star package is purchased and the Stars are successfully added to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Payment Processing Issues: If you were charged but did not receive your Stars due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at frozengineer@gmail.com. We will investigate and either credit your account with the purchased Stars or process a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Note: Stars are a virtual currency with no expiration date. They can be used anytime to generate wallpapers or download 8K versions. Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not provided once Stars are successfully delivered.

3. Premium Subscription Refunds

Weekly Subscription: Premium subscriptions are billed weekly at $4.99 USD per week. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation: If you cancel your Premium subscription, you will retain access to Premium benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

First Subscription Period: If you are unsatisfied with Premium within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription, please contact us at frozengineer@gmail.com, and we will review your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized Charges: If you believe you were charged for Premium without authorization, please contact us immediately for investigation and potential refund.

4. Service Failures and Star Refunds

If you experience a service failure that prevents you from receiving the product you paid Stars for, we will automatically refund your Stars according to the following policy:

Wallpaper Generation Failure

Each generation creates 2 wallpaper images. Refunds are issued based on how many images failed:

  • Both images fail: Full refund of 2 Stars
  • 1 of 2 images fails: Partial refund of 1 Star

Standard generation cost: 2 Stars

8K Download Failure

If an 8K upscale or download fails due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full refund of 2 Stars.

Standard 8K download cost: 2 Stars
Refund amount: 2 Stars (full amount)

Note: Refunds for service failures are typically processed automatically. If you believe you should have received a refund but did not, please contact us with details of the failure.

5. AI-Generated Content Quality

AI-generated wallpapers are created based on your selections and preferences. Due to the nature of AI technology, results may vary and occasionally produce unexpected outcomes.

No Refunds for Subjective Quality: We do not provide refunds or Star credits if you are unsatisfied with the aesthetic quality, style, or appearance of a successfully generated wallpaper. We encourage you to experiment with different options and try multiple generations.

Technical Quality Issues: If a generated wallpaper has severe technical defects (corrupted file, incorrect resolution, completely blank image, etc.), please contact us with the image details, and we will review your case for a potential Star credit.

6. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues amicably.

Accounts that engage in fraudulent chargeback activity may be permanently banned from using PhoneWall services.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of PhoneWall after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
